Vertebral Technologies (VTI), a minimally-invasive spinal implant medical device company based in Minneapolis, USA, has signed a group purchasing organisation contract agreement with St Louis, USA-based Resource Optimiation & Innovation (ROi), a provider-owned cost-management and supply chain-solution organisation.

This agreement will expand availability of VTI’s modular interbody fusion devices to surgeons in ROi member facilities.

President and chief executive officer, Matt Kyle of VTI, states “one of VTI’s objectives is to ensure that surgeons have access to our implants to best serve their patient’s needs. Our devices provide…advantages to surgeons dealing with difficult patient anatomy and disc space access, especially at L5-S1 and L4- L5 levels…We are excited to begin working with ROi member groups and ensuring surgeons know they have access to our devices.”
