Spinal Elements has been granted its 50th US patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Spinal Elements’ US patent portfolio encompasses a range of inventions in spinal fusion and motion preservation technologies. It includes interbody devices, pedicle screw implants, stand-alone technologies, implant locking and securing apparatuses and controlled implant delivery mechanisms, as well as facet motion preservation technologies and methods.
This portfolio of US patents complements the company’s international patent portfolio.
