Life Spine has announced that the first clinical cases of the Gruve anterior cervical plate system have been performed.

James J Lynch, founder of SpineNevada (Reno, USA), says, “The locking mechanisms allow the screws to hyper angulate to accommodate varying patient anatomies.”

The Gruve anterior cervical plate’s locking mechanism is designed to allow for extreme bone screw angulation along with a tactile and visual confirmation during final screw placement.

Gruve is scheduled for a full product release in the second financial quarter of 2016.
