Norgine Ventures BV has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SpineVision SA, an integrated spinal technology company focused on the development and marketing of implants and instrumentation for spinal treatment.
Arnaud Brisard, chief executive officer, SpineVision comments, “I am delighted that SpineVision is now fully financed and backed by Norgine Ventures, a company that is a strong partner in the healthcare sector.
