Rex Bionics has announced that it will be launching REX into the UK market at the Neurological Rehabilitation Expo 2014 at London’s ExCel on 12–13 June.

Neurological Rehabilitation Therapy & Technology 2014 is the UK’s largest show for medical professionals working in the rehabilitation of neurological conditions and is expected to be attended by more than 1,500 professionals from around the world. Rex Bionics will be present at its exhibition booth, N604. A BBC film crew will be attending the event to film REX.

“We are extremely excited to be launching REX in the UK at this prestigious event”, Jeremy Curnock Cook, chief executive officer of REX Bionics, says. “REX is now gaining a vast amount of publicity driven by demand and interest in the important technology. This will be a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the benefits of REX first-hand to international experts in the field, and to introduce the members of our new UK sales force.”

Following its successful IPO and Admission to AIM in early May, Rex Bionics has recently completed the recruitment of an experienced team of sales professionals to lead the UK launch of REX Rehab, targeted at spinal cord injury rehabilitation centres. Rex Bionics is headquartered in Thame, UK.
