Mazor Robotics has announced it received two new orders for its Renaissance surgical guidance system in late December—the first system was ordered by Littleton Adventist Hospital in the USA and the second system was ordered by Bestech, the Mazor Robotics’ distributor in Israel, for installation in a hospital in Haifa in Israel.
Ori Hadomi, chief executive officer of Mazor Robotics, says: “Our momentum, both in the USA and internationally, and the purchase of these Renaissance systems demonstrates the continued support and interest which surgeons and hospital administrators express toward our technology. We expect these hospitals to experience positive clinical and business benefits, similar to the other hospitals.”
