Spire Orthopedic Partners has hired orthopaedic marketing executive Nicole Monsky as the company’s first chief marketing officer.

Most recently, Monsky served as vice president of marketing for orthopaedic provider Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). At HSS, she led marketing and advertising efforts across the enterprise in an effort to advance strategic growth objectives. Prior to HSS, Monsky worked at American Express where she focused on the company’s small business portfolio with responsibilities including new customer acquisition and brand management.
