As of 1st June 2016, more than 15,000 Baguera C have been successfully implanted worldwide. The first surgery was held in France in January 2007.
According to a company release, the Baguera C’s anatomical shape, shock-absorption, guided mobile nucleus and MRI compatibility have contributed to its commercial success.
