Camille Farhat has been named chief executive officer of RTI Surgical, effective March 15, 2017. He will succeed interim chief executive officer, Robert P Jordheim, who will resume his role as chief financial officer.
Farhat, 47, previously served as president and chief executive officer of American Medical Systems, an operating business of Endo International. Prior to AMS, Farhat held senior leadership roles at companies including Baxter Healthcare, Medtronic, and General Electric.
Farhat earned an MBA from Harvard University, Boston, USA, a degree in European Union studies from Institut National d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Paris, France, and a BSA in finance and accounting from Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
