Rainbow Medical is to collaborate with Medos International Sarl, part of the DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson. The collaboration will be focused on the development of a novel therapy for treating degenerative disc disease.

This collaboration seeks to provide an innovative therapy with a minimally-invasive implant. The development work will be carried out simultaneously in Israel and the USA and will include pre-clinical trials and laboratory tests in medical and university centres.

Serial entrepreneur, co-owner of and developer of the new method Yossi Gross, says, “Our… approach will attempt not only to alleviate the pain, but also to stop the degenerative progression, radically transforming the way the disease is treated.”
