Osseon launches Osseoflex CD-H hydraulic cement delivery system

Osseon has announced the release of its OsseoflexCD-H hydraulic cement delivery system for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures. According to a company press release, the product is designed for delivery of medium to high viscosity bone cement in vertebral augmentation procedures.

The press release reported that the Osseoflex CD-H hydraulic cement delivery system was an improvement on other bone cement delivery systems, and that it enables precise, controlled delivery of bone cement when filling a cavity in a vertebra.


Paul Fuchs, of Orthopedic Specialists of in Fort Meyers, USA, and Chad Hartley, of Panacea Brain & Spine in Lake Havasu City, USA, performed the first vertebral augmentation cases performed with new cement delivery system.
