EOS imaging has sold an EOS system to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, USA. The hospital is a member of Advocate Healthcare, a hospital network which performs more than 18,000 hip, knee and spinal procedures per year.
Advocate Healthcare hospital network is the largest health system in Illinois with 13 hospitals, including two paediatric hospitals and nine adult hospitals active in orthopaedic care.
Marie Meynadier, chief executive officer of EOS imaging, comments, “We are pleased that the EOS system and related treatment planning services are now available to patients in the greater Chicago area through the Good Samaritan Hospital and broader Advocate Healthcare network. To date, seven of these large networks have acquired two or more EOS platforms.”
