At the NSpine meeting (London, UK), Bronek Boszczyk (Benedictus Clinic Tutzing, Germany) discussed combined convex and concave costoplasty for posterior chest wall in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS).

  1. I used to have a big rib hump with my scoliosis, it reduced a lot after Rolfing Therapy and then a lot further with the ASMI machine my curve dropped from 55 to 20 degrees. Both these techniques are highly effective even on serious curves and non-surgical.
    Why are you not using the ASMI (Advanced Spinal Mobilisation Instrument ?”) It was used by Sr Paul Sherwood over 20 years ago
