Camber Spine has named Edward Vresilovic—a man with more than 36 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery—as its new chief medical officer.
A board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon, Vresilovic most recently practiced with UPMC Orthopaedic Specialists of Central Pennsylvania (Lancaster, USA).
He was previously professor at the department of orthopaedics and rehabilitation at Penn State College of Medicine (Hershey, USA) as well as chief of spine service in the department of orthopaedic surgery at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre (Boston, USA) and PENN’s Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA).

After graduating from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA) in 1985, he did his residency in orthopaedic surgery at PENN. He followed this training with fellowships in joint reconstruction at Thomas Jefferson University (Philadelphia, USA) and spinal disorders at UCSD (San Diego, USA). He has maintained an active educational and research career with more than 100 peer-reviewed original papers, and ten patents.
